Dr Lim is our Clinical Lead for Ashtma & COPD, Heart failure, pain and acupuncture and Clinical Governance.  Dr Lim holds special clinics for acupuncture and joint injection and an appointment for this may be offered to you after discussing this with Dr Lim.

Dr Sivan is our Clinical Lead for Diabetes, Safeguarding Children and Adults, Obesity, Smoking, Chronic Kidney disease and travel.

Dr Mark is the Clinical Lead for Prescribing, Mental Health, Dementia, Depression, Osteoperosis. He has a special interest in prostate cancer and as well as routine consultations can offer appointments for toe nail surgery and joint injections.

Dr Dickson is a GP Trainer. We have GP Registrars at the practice who practice under the doctors supervision.

Dr Reshmi is the Clinical Lead for Learning Disabilities, Vascular Risk, Hypertension, Chronic Heart disease, Atrial Fibrillation and Stroke.  She also has a special interest in Dermatology and Gynaecology.

As well as routine consultaions, Dr Reshmi is able to offer appointments for minor surgery, coil and implant fits for family planning and joint injections

Dr Dickson is a GP Trainer. We have GP Registrars at the practice who practice under the doctors supervision.

Dr Vaghela joined the practice in August 2008 as a qualified GP.  In January 2011 he became GP partner.  He is the clinical lead for Epilepsy, Hypothyroidism, Rheumatology, Quality Outcomes Framework and Student Doctors.

DR EMMA SAWYER IS CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE

Emma started with us at the beginning of April 2009 as a GP Registrar. She is now a qualified GP and is a permanant doctor at Church Walk Surgery. She is clinical lead for Alcohol, contraceptive services, cytology, palliative care, end of life care, cancer care.  Emma has a special interest in contaceptive services and holds regular clinics for coil and implant fitting and removal.

Dr Walmsley worked at Church Walk Surgery while doing her GP training.  She has now qualified and has a regular surgery every Dr_Naomi_Walmsley.jpgTuesday morning and afternoon. 

Dr Fenella Ogden (f)

Dr Fenella Ogden will be working at Church Dr_Fenella_Ogden.jpgWalk Surgery during 2013 to cover clinics for Dr Emma Sawyer who is on currently on maternity leave.  She hold surgeries every day.

APPOINTMENTS
For non-urgent appointments, please telephone or call into the surgery. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep an appointment so that we may offer it to another patient who may need seeing.

EMERGENCY FACILITY
If you require to be seen urgently, please tell the receptionist the nature of your request to assess the urgency. This facility is for emergency cases only and we ask you to not use this service for routine problems.

HOME VISITS
These should be reserved for patients who are genuinely too ill to attend surgery. Please telephone before 10.00am and be prepared to answer a few questions to help the doctors plan their calls and to give the doctors an idea of urgency. Please remember the doctor can see at least four patients in surgery in the time taken to do one visit.
